Firstly, I never usually leave reviews but after my experience with Auswara I felt compelled to. The quality of this product is fantastic, and the level of customer service is absolutely outstanding! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. To start with, you’re not speaking with a bot, it’s a real person! Secondly, the swift turn around for a response is almost unheard of nowadays. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy it was to get in touch with them. As for the quality of service, they went above and beyond even though the error was on my part! I accidentally ordered the wrong size thinking the measurement was just the band size, not inclusive of the clasp too. I spoke with Dina and she was incredible! Very understanding and accommodating. You wouldn’t get customer service like it anywhere else. 10/10!!
