  • Refund policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@auswara.com If your return is accepted, instructions on where to send your package will be shared with you. Returning an item will be at the buyer’s expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Please note that because all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
    - Change of mind
    - Wrong size (always make sure to check the description section of each item)
    - Item not received on the expected day (there are some delays with Australia post at times that are totally out of our control which is why we recommend express shipping to avoid such delays)
    We will however replace any item that has arrived damaged or is defective.

    Exchanges
    Exchange is simple and straight forward. Place a new order for the correct item(s) and return the unwanted items back for a refund.

    Your new order will be dispatched in 1 business day and the previous order will be refunded into your paid credit card or PayPal account once the item(s) is received and checked for its condition (unworn or unused).

    *Please note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any), and for "free shipping" orders there will be an $8 handling fee deducted from the refund.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    *Please note, postage will NOT be refunded (if any), and for "free shipping" orders there will be an $11 handling fee deducted from the refund.
