Easiest Method—Measure an Existing Bracelet or Watch: If you have a bracelet or watch that fits you well, measure its length from end to end (including the clasp) to determine your ideal size.
Use a Flexible Tape Measure: Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Keep it snug but not tight.
Add a Little Room: Add approximately 0.5–1 cm to your measurement for a comfortable fit, depending on how loose you prefer the bracelet.
No Tape Measure?: Use a piece of string or paper, mark the length around your wrist, then measure it against a ruler.
Double-Check: Measure a few times to confirm accuracy, especially if this is your first custom bracelet.

I love it but just wish the symbol was a bit brighter. The quality seems to look pretty impressive. I’ve only had just over a week. But I’m very happy with what seems to be a great quality product especially when you have health concerns
Although following directions on selecting correct size, the 18.5cm is a little snug, even leaves pressure marks on my wrist. The clasp has a slight gap that looks like it might wear out quickly and break.

This is the second item I have purchased from you. I find this one more comfortable to wear. The previous bracelet had an expanding strap which I found over time was not comfortable due to the sharp edges. As a result of this I did not wear it all the time, which rather negates the idea of the medic alert system. This second bracelet is comfortable and stylish and I have no need to remove it.
