Love the look of the black and gold bracelet, looks like a lovely piece of jewellery instead of the normal boring alert brackets that are around . Hubby does not feel self conscious while wearing it and can be worn 24/7

LOVE IT
I like the black and gold bracelet and have persevered with it. I could not manage the process of removing extra segments. A local shoe repairer helped with that. (At a cost of $18.) I cannot manage the stiff opening clasp as it requires strong (male) finger nails. Few 77 year old women have these. Back to the shoe repairer who loosened the clasp. The bracelet now fitted well, but the personal information on the underneath of the straight segment could not be accessed to be read. Back to the shoe repairer. He convinced me that the bracelet and engraving would be easily dealt with by emergency services so advised against having the details engraved again on top of the straight segment. I have settled with this but am left less than confident about the efficacy of the bracelet. I suggest you supply some information and advice to prospective customers to help them negotiate these elements. Thank you Vicki White
