We engrave your plate exactly as you type it, then dispatch within 1 business day. Personalised items can’t be changed once engraved, so please check spelling, numbers and line breaks before adding to cart.
Fit & care
The silicone band is cut to fit wrists from about 15 cm to 25.5 cm. Trim a little at a time and try it on as you go. Clean the band and plate with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals.
Adjusting your FlexGuard
One size. Cut to fit at home.
Your FlexGuard arrives full length, so it fits almost any wrist. You size it once, at home, in a few minutes.

Open the clasp
Press the buttons on both sides of the clasp and lift it open.

Lift the lid
At one end of the clasp, lift the small lid that grips the band. Small pliers make this easier. Then slide the band out.

Cut to size
Wrap the band around your wrist to find your size. Cut straight across, along one of the grooves on the inside of the band.

Lock the band in
Push the band end all the way back in, then press the lid down firmly until it sits flat and grips the band.

Close the clasp
Fold the clasp shut until it clicks. If the plate has moved, slide it back to the middle of the band.
Not sure? Cut a little at a time and try it on as you go. You can always take off more, but you can't add it back.
Fitting a spare band? Slide the plate and the charm onto the new band first, then follow the steps above. Small pliers help pull the band through the plate.

Quite happy with the product printing is very clear and readable. Band and stainless fittings are also good quality and will last for years. Ordering was straight forward and delivery was prompt even to WA.
I received this very quickly, within about a week, and so many people have noticed it which is a good sign. I have had 2 people ask me for the website so far which is great. If you have a few medical conditions then this bracelet is the perfect size as it fits quite a lot of writing on it compared to some others. This particular type is great as the band comes in one size and it has notches on the inner side of the band to cut to the right size. Slowly cut down bit by bit until it’s the perfect fit for you. Only down side was it didn’t have instructions on how to adjust the size but I eventually figured it out. Highly recommend
Fantastic product! Stylish, effective and delivered very quickly! Got this for my young son who suddenly developed an anaphylaxis reaction to bee stings. He got to pick the colour and we got a 'sports' one so it's compatible with his usual routine. It was delivered super quick which helped ease anxiety while we came to terms with it all! (Only criticism is that maybe it should come with 'how to fit' instructions, as I had to look some up on YouTube for an identical product)

I've awarded 3/5 because I believe it will do the job I need if only I could get it closed. Even following the YouTube advice, the strap is too thick to thread through the clasp. My son may be able to fix this issue.
