After purchasing 2 other medical bracelets from 2 other companies which the photo did not show true to what I received. Extremely happy with quality of bracelet, firmness of clasp, the ease of readability of information engraved on bracelet. I bought the tool to take out links and have found it simple and effective to use.
Love it but even with the link remover tool I couldn’t do it myself, I couldn’t put the pin back in so had to pay someone to do it for me. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

The bracelet is lovely and it arrived within two weeks. The engraving is well done. I bought the largest size with a view to have it adjusted. The links are large (two hearts joined), but it sits nicely after the jeweller removed one link ($10). Thanks!
Hi the bracelet I received was way too big yet all measurements asked for were correct. So now I have to go and get links taken out.
I love my bracelet but I would have thought that there should have been instructions with the product on how to adjust the length.
