Fit & care
The stainless steel chain is 18 cm with a 4 cm extension chain and lobster clasp, so it adjusts up to about 22 cm. Clean the bracelet with a soft, damp cloth and dry it well. Avoid perfume, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

I love it but just wish the symbol was a bit brighter. The quality seems to look pretty impressive. I’ve only had just over a week. But I’m very happy with what seems to be a great quality product especially when you have health concerns
Although following directions on selecting correct size, the 18.5cm is a little snug, even leaves pressure marks on my wrist. The clasp has a slight gap that looks like it might wear out quickly and break.

I am happy with my new bracelet. It looks smart. My only regret is not ordering it in a slightly longer size, another two links would have been perfect.
This is the second item I have purchased from you. I find this one more comfortable to wear. The previous bracelet had an expanding strap which I found over time was not comfortable due to the sharp edges. As a result of this I did not wear it all the time, which rather negates the idea of the medic alert system. This second bracelet is comfortable and stylish and I have no need to remove it.
