I am absolutely delighted with my choices. My red silicone medical alert band is sleek, comfortable to wear 24/7, & is perfect for medical professionals to identify as an “Allergy” indicator. The metal information plate (no sharp edges) carries all my information comfortably/clearly. The service from Auswarra was impeccable & I’m confident I’ll be ordering Replacements from them in the future.
It is not quite as big as I expected, I thought it would be a bit wider and the band be longer

Happy with the item but the band was too short My fault for not noticing the band was only 21.5 cm. Contacted you to try for a longer band but a longer band was unavailable However, you have kindly agreed to provide an alternative band at no cost other than postage. Very happy with the engraving. Happy with my dealings with your company - prompt and efficient.
received the silicone black bracelet today, and the band has a few holes, and it fits nicely on my wrist. I am very happy with the bracelet,

I am very happy with my purchase, the only suggestion I would recommend you to consider is if the back plate can be made the same size as the front. I find the back plate edges are a little sharp. Regards, Sue

I have a small wrist so this fits perfectly with the adjustable band. Comfortable, light weight to wear, no problems in the pool as a daily swimmer. Would recommend this one to anyone.

My bracelet looks really good and the silver band mounted on top of the black surface makes the medic alert silver stand out clearly and hence can be clearly seen as it should be. This feature would alert anyone that I have a medical issue if the need so arises.
This bracelet is perfect for my very trendy 9yo Son. He loves a bit of jewelry and knowing this will be available for his teachers and peers to read while at school, makes him feel a little safer in an environment where mum and dad aren't around. Bracelet came really quickly, very impressed with the quality and the engraving is done really well.

It is a nice product. The only suggestion I have is the silicone wristband needs to be available in more sizes. XS, XL, XXL? I purchased the largest size available and whilst I can just get it on, it's clearly too small.
