The Auswara Medical ID Tag is available in 2 sizes and 4 colours, designed to securely attach to smartwatch and fitness tracker bands while keeping your critical information visible in emergencies.
The tag can be used as a general emergency ID or as a medical ID, depending on your needs.
You may choose to engrave one of our medical logo styles, upgrade to a red medical logo for higher visibility (additional $15), or leave the tag without a logo for a more discreet look.
As shown in the product images and customer review photos, the tag fits perfectly on Apple Watch classic silicone sport bands. As other watch and tracker bands vary in width and thickness, we strongly recommend measuring your band before ordering.

Best suited for slim fitness tracker bands such asĀ Apple Watch classic silicone sport bands for 38 mm, 40 mm and 41 mm cases and Fitbit Charge series,Ā Ideal for narrower or curved band profiles.
24 mm Ć 28 mm tag
Best suited for wider, watch-style silicone bands such as Fitbit Sense / Versa series and similar smartwatches.
Ideal for flatter and wider band profiles.
Important: Tag size refers to the size of the ID plate, not the width of your watch or tracker band.

This is my second purchase as the quality of these products is second to none. The tag for my Apple Watch fits perfectly and does not affect the comfort of the watch strap at all. I wouldnāt know itās on there. I also have my full name on the tag but for privacy have blacked it out on the photo. If I could give more than 5 start I would. Highly recommended
I have the Apple ultra 2 watch, having the bigger size fits perfectly on the band. I have the plain one, but the red draws peopleās attention to it. Recommend to anyone who is taking blood thinners or has a medical condition. People know your name, what things might be causing you to be in need of help. Finally, it provides an emergency contact. šÆ% recommend.
Bought for my wife, stands out and she doesnāt need an extra bracelet. She was very happy. Quality is good, think these are especially important for anyone with a pre existing medical condition.
Fits really well on my watch band great quality
Iām wrapped with my ID band. Itās better than I expected. If I had my time again, Iād have got the red medical logo. Not a criticism, as it was my choice, but Iād recommend to anyone who is interested in getting one, to go for the red symbol, would make it stand out more.

This didn't fit my watch band. It said it was 22mm And it wasn't. I tried to bend it out to fit but couldn't get it to fit. I was disappointed with the watch and the tag. Now I have nothing and a $102 out of pocket.
I feel at peace now that I have the personalised ID tag on my smart watch.
The personalized ID tag looks gorgeous, is made of a solid material and easily fit in my Firbit Sense 2! It's given me some additional peace of mind to know that if I drop it for some reason, people would know how to reach back out to me and hopefully return it! It is well worth the money but unfortunately I missed judging the size for my Samsung watch as it has a non standard band on it. But I was able to make some adjustments to make it fit.
Easily seen by others if needing to find details in an emergency.
I love that this is part of my watch instead of having a Bracelet or necklace, plus it looks nice.
