I love my bracelet. It looks so pretty and shiny; and it has vital information on it. As I have very small wrists I needed to get the Link Removal tool. This was not that instinctive to use and took some time to do. Instructions would have been helpful. But apart from this I am very happy.
Wow...not a good photo taken by myself but I love it but more importantly is the outstanding service I have received from this business. I emailed on a Sunday saying that my parcel hadn't arrived. I received a reply apology for the delay and would follow it up with Australia Post on Monday. Which they did, Australia Post problem of course, and emailed me back on the same day.
