I absolutely love my order of this special bracelet from Auswara. I created a simple design by combining my boyfriend’s zodiac sign (Virgo) and his name, and he loved the gift! Was a little disappointed at the size, it was larger than I expected so too big for my husbands wrist and text not as clear as I'd hoped. Ended up in his drawer rather then his wrist :(

From initial engagement to taking possession of bracelets, Auswara were excellent. Their friendly, helpful staff answered all questions and went out of their way to assist. Very happy with quality of product. As a huge bonus, Auswara is an Australian owned and run company and you get to communicate with and support fellow Aussies by purchasing from the company.
The 'engraving' looks like it's just been printed on, and the band itself is quite stiff and firm so not as comfortable to wear as I had hoped. It feels a little chunky as opposed to the sleek minimal look in the images. Delivery was quick which was good, but I'm not sure it's worth the cost. Could probably find a better alternative on Amazon tbh.

This Bracelet was a special gift for my son, in memory of his baby sister who passed away. As you can imagine, it was so hard to know what to write and how to set it out, but the Customer Service from this company was the best we’ve ever received. Their compassion and help went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. And the Bracelet is such good quality and so professionally designed and produced, that we’ll definitely be placing orders in the future for their products. My mother helped with the ordering, as it’s not my sons birthday until early May, but when it was delivered to her home & I went to see it, we both cried tears of joy, knowing that this Bracelet would be a special piece he could always wear to keep his sister close to him, especially when he was feeling down. We highly recommend both the quality of their items, but also the personal care and attention that they provided during the design & ordering process.
