I originally ordered the wrong size and the team were very supportive and offered me a discount and free shipping to help me to get the right size. They went above and beyond considering it was my mistake in ordering. My husband loves it and it has replaced one he had from abother brand that was lost because of the clasp being weak. This one is super durable and has been a great hit!
100% what I was after and the customer service was great
Couldn’t have picked a better website to order a personalised bracelet from, such good quality and very quick shipping! My fiancé absolutely loved it, will definitely order again!
High quality beautiful bracelet and very happy with the great customer service. Thank you
I absolutely love my order of this special bracelet from Auswara. I created a simple design by combining my boyfriend’s zodiac sign (Virgo) and his name, and he loved the gift! Many thanks to the Auswara customer support team for being open to my idea and accepting my design. I received my order quickly in just 3–4 days in a beautifully designed and tidy box.
.
Excellent, friendly, fast service and quality item!!! Can definately recommend! A++++++++
My fiancèe loved his birthday gift. Thank you!
Incredible quality. Just as i envisioned the personalised text. Very happy. Fast efficient.
Great gift, great service. Thank you!
The customer service for the bracelet blew me away - ordered and received within 2 days, personalised and packaged really well. Recipient loved it and hasn't taken it off. Really appreciate being able to shop online and receive exactly what I expected but with the speed of basically buying a personlised item in a shop - well done!
Bought the bracelet as reminder of what matters most; what's most important to me in the moment. Fits well, flexible and lightweight.
I'm very happy with my purchase it will be a great help when I'm out and if I need any medical assistance it will be great help with my medical issues
My husband loved it.
My brothers and sisters love it, I'm going to get one for them all, that saying is what our dad used to say. His way of asking for a drink,
Was a little disappointed at the size, it was larger than I expected so too big for my husbands wrist and text not as clear as I'd hoped. Ended up in his drawer rather then his wrist :(
The bracelet is absolutely beautiful and exactly as I wanted it to be. The Auswara team are amazing at responding to questions and very clear and knowledgeable about their product. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them.
Looks great and arrived within a few days of ordering
Good quality
Great quality and love it.
Very impressive my nephew really liked it
From initial engagement to taking possession of bracelets, Auswara were excellent. Their friendly, helpful staff answered all questions and went out of their way to assist. Very happy with quality of product. As a huge bonus, Auswara is an Australian owned and run company and you get to communicate with and support fellow Aussies by purchasing from the company.
The 'engraving' looks like it's just been printed on, and the band itself is quite stiff and firm so not as comfortable to wear as I had hoped. It feels a little chunky as opposed to the sleek minimal look in the images. Delivery was quick which was good, but I'm not sure it's worth the cost. Could probably find a better alternative on Amazon tbh.
I love the bracelet...it's a gift...very happy with how it looks..exactly as I imagined...very fast response and shipping ...very well presented...I hope my man loves it as much as I do....
It looks great and hoping my grandson will love it too. Great quality and great service. Thank you.
Good quality, quick to deliver. 10/10
Absolutely amazing product, and the service was exceptional I accidentally ordered the incorrect size and they posted me the correct one immediately and received within the week I highly recommend purchasing from Aswara
This Bracelet was a special gift for my son, in memory of his baby sister who passed away. As you can imagine, it was so hard to know what to write and how to set it out, but the Customer Service from this company was the best we’ve ever received. Their compassion and help went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. And the Bracelet is such good quality and so professionally designed and produced, that we’ll definitely be placing orders in the future for their products. My mother helped with the ordering, as it’s not my sons birthday until early May, but when it was delivered to her home & I went to see it, we both cried tears of joy, knowing that this Bracelet would be a special piece he could always wear to keep his sister close to him, especially when he was feeling down. We highly recommend both the quality of their items, but also the personal care and attention that they provided during the design & ordering process.
Item is loved by my 17yr old grandson.
I loved it thank you so much my dad loved it too!
very happy with purchase
He absolutely loves it! The engraving makes the piece that more special.
I was surprised to see them came in nice boxes. Didn't expect that. Keep up the excellent job and please don't lower your standard. If anything, raise it! 😊👍👍
